The truthful reality that President Barack Obama is in heavy pressure to surpass and solved the economic recession and international security.
Mad Magazine with it's usual parody has created an Obama caricature cover, who is under deep stress solving world problems inside the oval office.
In his first 100 days "100 minutes" as President, a haggard and stressed-out looking leader as he puffs several cancer sticks simultaneously and thinking maybe "What will I do?" or "No More!!!".
It only show that he needs all the help and support that he can get.
